Francois is the founder and senior partner of Meyer & Partners Attorneys specialising in contract law, transaction advisory services on large outsourcing and contracted services agreements, drafting, negotiating and implementing Information and Communication Technology related agreements and implementing Public Private Partnership agreements. He also has vast litigation and family law experience.

Francois is a partner in Meyer & Partners Attorneys, specialising in labour law matters and is responsible for all aspects of dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution in the form of conciliation, mediation, arbitration, adjudication and litigation. He is also head of the litigation department, with significant experience in civil and criminal litigation matters. Francois is also an admitted conveyancer, notary and a qualified business rescue practitioner.

Vincent is an attorney at Meyer & Partners Attorneys and is currently part of the litigation department undertaking family law, the law of contract and criminal law matters. He is interested in social media law, cyber law, information and communications technology law and trademark and intellectual property law. Vincent is also a qualified conveyancer.

Steven, an associate at Meyer & Partners Attorneys, hopes to specialise in tax law. He has gained substantial experience in mercantile, including labour and company law, and is currently pursuing post-graduate qualifications in Conveyancing and Notarial Practice.
